The Skeena River Ranch was built to stand alongside the power of its setting. Heavy post-and-beam construction gives the home its backbone, while natural finishes soften the structure into something deeply livable. It is at once rugged and refined; a place of seclusion that still welcomes family and guests with ease.
At Kozier, the structure itself became the starting point. The exposed timber frame was treated as both backbone and art, setting the tone for the interiors. Fine millwork and custom furnishings were layered in to complement the scale of the building. Authentic materials were chosen to age gracefully, lending the home an older-world feel from the beginning.
