Marine is a Kerrisdale home shaped by transitional design. It mixes clean, modern lines with softer details to create balance, and uses earthy tones and textures to keep the spaces warm. Built for family life, the home is meant to feel elegant but also easy to live in.
At Marine, we worked closely with the clients to refine their vision for a transitional home. Our focus was on layouts that feel practical for daily use and finishes that show quality without excess. By pairing modern forms with natural materials, we’re creating a house that feels timeless, welcoming, and built to serve the whole family.
