Queenswood is a family estate on Vancouver Island, set on the edge of the sea. The home offers sweeping views and a direct connection to the coast, from whale watching in the family room to walking through its landscaped grounds.
The design work at Queenswood focused on flow, views, and balance. We planned the layout to give the family private retreats as well as open areas for gathering. Glass connects the house to the coastline, while stone and wood add warmth and weight. Every space was shaped to respond to its setting, so the home feels part of the landscape rather than separate from it.
