West 2nd proves that a small house can still feel expansive. Open living spaces connect directly to the outdoors, and a warm palette runs from basement to rooftop. The design packs energy and character into every level, making the home feel larger than its footprint.
We teamed up with a longtime client and architect to design West 2nd. Our focus was on making the layout open and simple, with good flow between rooms and plenty of natural light. A consistent palette of finishes ties the spaces together. By working closely with the client from the start, we made sure the house reflects their lifestyle and works well day to day.
