Whitfield is a modern farmhouse set high above Okanagan Lake. The renovation focused on simplifying space while opening the home to its sweeping views. Built for farm life and family living, the house combines practical layouts with refined details that make everyday routines feel grounded and intentional.
The renovation began with a full strip back to the studs, giving us the chance to rework flow and connection across the home. Spaces were opened and refined to bring ease to daily living, while marble and other natural finishes were chosen for their weight and sensory appeal. As a return project for a longtime client, Whitfield builds on a shared history, turning a farmhouse into a retreat shaped by trust and simplicity.
